1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph vip ("ph vip," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph vip online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phvip.one (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any ph vip service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ph vip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph vip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Underage gambling is illegal in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph vip, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph vip or any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) ph vip account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ph vip reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information is detected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph vip login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify ph vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph vip may, at its discretion, require you to change your password or take other security measures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph vip supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. ph vip reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and to suspend accounts where third-party payment activity is detected.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures. ph vip may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Processing times vary by payment method but ph vip endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly.

ph vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph vip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform.

General bonus terms applicable to all ph vip promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• ph vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if abuse or fraud is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ph vip use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels on the Platform.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph vip's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result. ph vip's decision on all game outcomes is final.

ph vip reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph vip Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any ph vip software or systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph vip staff or other players.

ph vip reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit all balances associated with such accounts where permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph vip Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of ph vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph vip content without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ph vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ph vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ph vip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph vip implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ph vip cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. ph vip provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Termination & Suspension

ph vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• At ph vip's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, ph vip reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balance associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the completion of any applicable investigation.

You may close your ph vip account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be commun icated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the ph vip Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph vip, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph vip customer support. ph vip will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit ph vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
